When he’s not busy with cricket, Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya loves to unwind by the poolside.
Recently, he was seen basking in a sunny morning, surrounded by picturesque rocky mountains at a stunning location.
He posted a video on Instagram, offering a glimpse into his vacation.
Dressed casually, Pandya was seen strolling by the swimming pool. He sported a white vest layered with a half-sleeve shirt in grey and black patterns.
He completed his relaxed holiday look with loose-fit trousers, white sneakers, and black sunglasses.
The 30-year-old was last seen playing in the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka, where India achieved a clean sweep under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav.
Pandya participated in the first two matches of the series but was rested for the final game, allowing Shivam Dube to take his place.
Following their commanding win in the T20I series, India faced Sri Lanka in a three-match ODI series but couldn’t replicate their success in the 50-over format, losing 0-2.
Pandya missed the ODI portion of the tour due to personal reasons.
This tour came on the heels of India’s historic second T20 World Cup victory in Barbados, a career highlight for Pandya, who played a key role in the triumph.
In the final against South Africa, Pandya delivered the decisive final over with the Proteas needing 16 runs. He crucially dismissed David Miller and successfully defended the target to secure the win.
Upon returning to India, the T20 World Cup champions celebrated with a victory parade in Mumbai.
Later, Pandya took to social media to announce his separation from his wife, Natasa Stankovic, after four years of marriage.
“After four years of being together, Hardik and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest of both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect, and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew as a family,” Pandya wrote in a statement on Instagram.
“We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be at the centre of both of our lives, and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness,” he added.
Before signing off, the 30-year-old requested his fans to give his family “privacy during this difficult and sensitive time.”
