Nitish Reddy ruled out of Maiden T20I call-up Shivam Dube Replaces

Just days after earning his first T20I selection, newcomer all-rounder Nitish Reddy has been sidelined from the Zimbabwe tour due to injury. The BCCI announced Shivam Dube as his replacement on Wednesday, noting that Reddy is under observation by the board’s medical staff.

“The Men’s Selection Committee named Shivam Dube as a replacement for the injured Nitish Reddy in India’s squad for the upcoming tour of Zimbabwe,” the BCCI statement read.

“The BCCI Medical Team is monitoring Nitish Reddy’s progress,” it added.

New squad:

Ꮪhubman Gill (Captain), Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Abhishek Sharma, Rinku Singh, Sanju Samson (WK), Dhruv Jurel (WK), Riyan Parag, Washington Sundar, Ravi Bishnoi, Avesh Khan, Khaleel Ahmed, Mukesh Kumar, Tushar Deshpande, Shivam Dube.
