In response, Sanju Samson expressed his willingness to play in any position the team needs, emphasizing that he has no specific preferences. He added that he is prepared to step into any role required by the team, explaining:
“As I told you where they will play me I will play I don’t have requirements. I am ready to play any required position.”
Sanju Samson’s most recent appearance was in the T20I series against Sri Lanka. After missing the opening match, he participated in the final two games, where he opened the innings but struggled, recording consecutive ducks in both outings. With the Bangladesh T20I series scheduled for September, it remains to be seen whether he will be included in the squad for that series.
