Zimbabwean star Sikandar Raza recently named his favorite international batters and bowlers but notably omitted contemporary greats like Virat Kohli, Steve Smith, Kane Williamson, Joe Root, and Babar Azam from his list.
Born in Sialkot, Pakistan, in April 1986, Raza debuted for Zimbabwe in 2013, becoming the first non-residential player to represent the team. He has become an essential all-rounder with his skills in batting and off-spin bowling.
Currently, Raza is competing in the Men’s The Hundred 2024 for the Manchester Originals. In the ongoing tournament, he has scored 13, 21, and 13 runs in his three matches and claimed 2 wickets for 29 runs against the Trent Rockets.
