The BCCI has adjusted the schedule for India’s upcoming tour to Sri Lanka in 2024, pushing back the start by one day from July 26th to July 27th. Consequently, this change has affected the subsequent match dates. The tour will kick off with a three-match T20I series, with the first match now set for July 27th. The second T20I, originally slated for July 27th, has been rescheduled to July 28th, and the series will conclude with the final match moved from July 29th to July 30th.

The change in the dates of the T20I series has also postponed the ODI series by a bit. The first game of the 50-over match which was slated to take place on 1st August has been moved to 2nd August. The remaining two games have the same schedule and will be played on 4th August and 7th August respectively.
